IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

Please join us for the Dade City Gun Club annual Elections and member picnic.

The annual member picnic will be held on April 5, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Bloodmobile will be here, also.

Club elections will be held on April 5, 6 and 7th, 2025.

The offices up for election are Vice President, Treasurer and two Board of Directors seats.

SPECIAL NOTE: Candidates for Vice-President must have served for 2 years on Board of Directors.

Candidates for Treasurer and Board of Directors must have been a club member for at least 2 full years.

The nominating committee is seeking candidates for these offices. If you are interested in serving
as a Board member, or wish to nominate someone please contact one of the following directors:

All candidate names must be in by the March 11, 2025, Board meeting.
A candidate may self nominate at that meeting.

*If no nominations are received for a given position prior to or at the March 11 meeting there
will not be an election for that position since the current officer will be running unopposed.
